Carrying on from its initial success on its launch in 2007, our traveling Innovation Tour seminar program continued in 2008. At each of its stops, it provided a forum for debate between staff members and contributors with varied academic and professional backgrounds.

Linking up with Savoye's Ateliers de l'Innovation workshop, the seminar held on September 4 gave Jean-Marie Bouvier, Clextral's Vice President for Technology, an opportunity to present his Division's approach to innovation. On October 15 Marc Giget, President of the European Institute for Creative Strategies and Innovation, spoke on "Innovation, value creation and leadership" at the Legris Industries Convention. Finally, on November 28, Professor Magakian from the University of Saint-Etienne presented his research into "ideation" or the formation of ideas.
