Since July 2009, Legris Industries has renewed structures and streamlined organization for more effective operation. A new Management Board has taken over, while family shareholders - guardians of the Group's stability - are represented on the Supervisory Board.
Management Board
The Group's top exeuctive body is the Management Board, which is in charge of business operation and deployment of strategy. On July 24, 2009, the Supervisory Board changed its membership and Erwan Taton took over as Chariman.
He is assisted by Rémy Jeannin, David Nogré and Guillaume Pasquier, who have all held a variety of positions within the Group over the past ten years.

Supervisory Board
Overseeing operational management, the Supervisory Board also reviews investments on a significant scale, as well as transactions with strategic implications, which require its approval. It meets at least four times a year to consider the quarterly report submitted by the Management Board.
Pierre-Yves Legris is Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Olivier Legris is Vice-Chairman.
Other members are Hervé David de Beublain, Vincent Denby Wilkes, Emmanuel Faber, JFG Développement represented by Jean-François Gautier, Pierre-Mikael Legris, François-Xavier Lesot and Elizabeth Tobin.
Yvon Jacob is Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Pierre Legris is Honorary Chairman of the Legris Industries Group.
Group Development Committee
Bringing together the Management Board and managers at Division level, the Development Committee makes an essential contribution to overall cohesion. It fosters interchange and interaction, and has special responsibility for the success of cross-functional and cross-company initiatives.
