Bénédicte Peronnin, aged 50, joined the Group as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2003 and was appointed to the Management Board in 2004.
She has made a decisive contribution to defining the directions taken by the Group over the last few years and successfully guided the deployment of the levers Legris Industries has chosen in order to enhance performance, in particular management quality.
She takes command of what is today a homogeneous group focusing on industrial processes, equipments and engineering. The task ahead is to make a full success of its transformation, leveraging new reach to generate more global value and ensuring that the Legris Industries business model is lived to the full in each of its components.
Her predecessor, Hugues Robert, who has now been appointed Chairman of the Management Board, comments: “We believe that people are the key to the success of our project, so it is altogether fitting for a manager with a background in human resources to be heading our business.”
Prior to 2003, Bénédicte Peronnin was Vice President Human Resources with Equant (now Orange Business Services), which she joined in 1999. She began her career with Atos before moving on to Apple Europe, then Novell in 1993, taking over as that company's head of Human Resources for Europe, Africa and Middle East in 1996.
