Clextral plays key role in training, R&D project in Morocco

développer la formation industrielle avec le partenariat de Clextral, Division du Groupe Legris Industries

On January 10, 2017 Morocco’s national flour-milling federation (FNM) and its training institute (IFIM) met in Casablanca with Clextral, Céréales Vallée, an innovation cluster for cereals, and ISARA, a French graduate school specializing in agriculture, food and environmental science in the Rhône-Alpes region.

Their goals: expand industrial training, revive the appeal of careers in the agrifood industry and use a small Clextral couscous/pasta production platform to develop an international reputation. With output of just 50 kg/h, the line is ideal for training future agrifood specialists and for Research & Development projects, such as testing the suitability of African raw materials for couscous and pasta production.

On March 24 FNM, IFIM, ISARA and Clextral signed a partnership agreement in Lyon, and each participant will support the project with expertise from its own field.
